This place is breathtaking . I’ve stayed at many hotels and this one was the most amazing. the facilities are perfect the view is just amazing , the Resturant is fantastic , room are super clean and exceeded my expectations , front desk staff was super kind and supportive. overall rate it 10/10 I would for sure book again !

EVERYTHING WAS REALLY GOOD!! & ALL OF THE STAFF IS SO NICE AND ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL. WE STAYED HERE FROM THE 1ST- 5TH. My HUSBAND AND MYSELF LOVE STAYING HERE AT THE BEST WESTERN PLUS.. & OMG! THERE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IS OUT OF THIS WORLD.... Cause they thought of Everything let me tell you what.... Belgium Waffles

Clean room, beautiful view, great breakfast spread, most staff were very pleasant, comfortable beds. Almost every room has a beautiful view of either the river/ canal or the lake. Although we didn't get a chance to use any, there is a pool, sauna, and restaurant . Room also has a small kitchenette.

The hotel was beautiful. So clean, beds were comfy, rooms were huge. The fitness center was beautiful, the pool area was the nicest I’ve seen (and we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels! It had a large hot tub, sauna and steam room. The free breakfast was absolutely phenomenal! We can’t wait to go back!

Ok, I was so thrilled with the fact that there were 2 cold water bottles in the fridge when we got to our room! I was so surprised, definitely needed water and it was available at the perfect moment! It's the little things. Oh, and the balcony was the best.
